The SICPA integration programme trains over 300 employees every year globally. Whether in a physical or a digital format comprising different modules from business to culture and values, security, communication etc. , our induction programme is designed to welcome new comers in the best way possible and make them feel quickly part of the team.
Prior to joining the company, each new comer is personally invited to the 1st introductory day. This first day is mandatory and ensures that key messages about the company, it's principles and business are introduced from the very start.
The programme is then complimented by a personalized group programme which is defined based on the position, site and job function.
