Best employers Switzerland 2023

For the third consecutive year, SICPA is among the “Best employers in Switzerland” according to “PME” and “Handelszeitung” 

As part of the survey conducted by "PME" magazine in collaboration with “Handelszeitung” and the international market research company Statista R, SICPA ranked 9th in the "Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals" category (compared to 15th the previous year) and 11th in the "Internet, telecommunications and IT" category (same ranking as 2022). In both categories, SICPA is the first company headquartered in Suisse Romande to appear in the ranking. In the overall ranking, SICPA made a jump from the 234th position in 2022 to the 187th in 2023.

The ranking of the Best Employers 2023 is based on an independent survey of more than 15,000 employees in Switzerland. The survey was carried out through online panels and the website of PME and Handelszeitung. More than 1500 companies employing at least 200 people were identified for the survey. The survey ran from May to June 2022 and more than 200,000 evaluations from two different evaluation channels were factored into the ranking: willingness to recommend one's own employer and willingness to recommend other employers within the same sector.
