Best employers Switzerland 2024

For the fourth consecutive year, SICPA is among the “Best employers in Switzerland” according to “PME Magazine” and “Handelszeitung”.

As part of the survey conducted by "PME" magazine in collaboration with “Handelszeitung” and the international market research company Statista R, SICPA ranked 13th in the "Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals" category and 16th in the "Internet, telecommunications and IT" category. In both categories, SICPA is the first company headquartered in Suisse Romande to appear in the ranking. SICPA is 236th in the overall ranking. 

The ranking of the Best Employers 2024 is based on an independent survey of more than 15,000 employees in Switzerland. The survey was carried out through online panels and the website of PME and Handelszeitung.

The survey ran from May to June 2023 and more than 200,000 evaluations from two different evaluation channels were factored into the ranking: willingness to recommend one's own employer and willingness to recommend other employers within the same sector.
