The varieties of different tasks, interactions with colleagues and learning on two very distinct sites, such as Prilly and Chavornay, have been the strengths of my apprenticeship program. I am constantly adapting to several departments simultaneously, resolving various problems that arise on a day-to-day basis. As a result, I was able to adapt an adequate use of professional language in both English and French, manage stress and the ability to manage my work independently.
From day one, I noticed that I was going to be well surrounded. Both my Supervisor, Vanessa Naguel, and by my various trainers were very welcoming. I have on-going support that enables me to accomplish my tasks in the best way possible. I have learned a lot professionally since I arrived at SICPA in August 2016. Having an apprenticeship in a company like SICPA has given me a lot of experience for my future professional endeavours. I therefore positively attest to my development at SICPA in a very positive way.
