Working at SICPA is incredibly dynamic and engaging. Every day brings new challenges, fostering continuous learning and growth. The diverse work environment and regular interactions with different cultures have broadened my perspective and sparked my interest in international work experiences.

What's special about this apprenticeship is that each year we change departments. For me, the first year was in the Accounts department at the head office in Prilly, the second is in Chavornay, the main production site for safety inks, and the final year will be spent in the Marketing department.

Thanks to their willingness to train me, I had the chance to learn immensely about leadership.

My typical working day at SICPA includes many different tasks and no two days are the same.

SICPA brought me a lot of wonderful encounters. Historically, we talk about the SICPA family. This term is strong, but SICPA really allowed me to create very strong, sincere and precious friendships.
